7 Benifits from Reading Your Bible

Bible reading is more than a pleasant pastime, it can, and should be, a daily habit that will change your life. “Thy Word have I hid in mine heart that I might not sin against thee” – verse 11
2. The Bible will lift your burdens
“My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word” – verse 28
3. The Bible will guide your steps
“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” – verse 105

“Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage forever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart” – verse 111

“The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding to the simple” – verse 130

“Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them” – verse 165
7. The Bible will bring you back to God
“I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments” – verse 176
